While I absolutely believe you are right on top of and are
incredible with procedures and what you do technically, what it comes
down to are the people. From my very first call when I told Brandie it
took me a day and a half to call even though I knew I had no choice,
everyone that works there seems to go out of their way for me/us, the
patients. But what is amazing is that I don't believe that anyone
thinks it's out of their way. It's the "norm." Wow!!! You, Brandie,
Tracee, Nikki, Mickey, I can't tell you how much that touches me. And
hopefully I'm also passing it on in my life.
You know better than me the shape I was in when I first stepped in the door. I was beyond miserable. What I didn't realize that day or even until sometime after was how my poor dental health affected me overall. But you did and helped me through it. Shortly after we were into the whole process you asked me if I didn't feel better overall, at the time, I hadn't stopped to think about it and as I had something in my mouth at the time, I don't think I answered you. Thankfully, I can tell you now that absolutely, what a difference good dental health makes.
I like to think I have a very good sense of humor. As I was driving home, I realized that prior to Grove City dental I may have been laughing on the inside when all anyone saw was a closed mouth smile on the outside. Or I did the old hand in front of the mouth. Not anymore! When I laugh, I laugh!! Not to mention just plain smiling, because it feels good and I know it looks good!
If someone doesn't have a fear of dentists, I believe they probably think how awful that someone can neglect their teeth. It's something very hard to explain. I know that we were very poor and I don't remember going to a dentist until I was in my teens. I may have been to a dentist before that, but I sure don't remember.
I was so embarrassed and feeling guilty when I first came into Grove City Dental. While I really, really didn't like having the initial pictures taken (I don't even like my picture taken on good days!) Grove City Dental is one of the best decisions I've made in my life

Anyway, you've gotten me hooked for life now. I look forward to seeing all of you at least every three months. It's always like visiting friends.

Don't know if I tell you enough, but you have really put together a
great staff. I was in there for a cleaning yesterday, and I have to say
from the start to finish everyone was awesome. It started with Brandie
getting everything set up on the appointment end and continued when I
walked in and was immediately recognized by your staff with a smile and
warm greeting. Nicole was the one who took care of me and she did a
great job and was so fun to talk to that it took away from the miserable
aspect of having someone scraping my teeth. The banter among the staff
made it seem like they really got along with one another-a positive
change from most doctor/dentist offices. I have been coming to you for
10 years, because I think that you are a great dentist and friend, but
certainly, your staff has risen to the high bar that you set. I just
wanted to let you know that your staff certainly handled their business
very well. Most people probably don't walk out of the dentist office
laughing, but I certainly did!

I have been a patient with Dr. Schumann for over 10 years. I have
always been happy with my dental care here. Over the past 2 years, I
have had a lot of work done replacing old silver fillings with white
ones and having veneers put in along with bite adjustments to relieve
TMJ symptoms. Dr. Schumann and his staff's dedication to giving the
extra effort have added to my satisfaction of having this extensive work
done. The compliments I continually receive on my smile are a direct
result of the excellent work done by Dr. Schumann.

Every time I looked in the mirror before having my smile makeover, I
knew I had to do something about my teeth. I hated the way my teeth
looked, but I never considered having a total "smile makeover." It just
wasn't until I seen how many options I had to re-do my smile, that I
decided to look into the process of having something done. After
talking with Dr. Schumann and his staff, I decided to go for it. I was
excited to have the work done, but at the same time scared that I might
hate them and the way they look. After having the work completed and
polished up, I am so glad I decided to go for it. I don't know what
took me so long. If I had known what I could have looked like with a
new smile with the help of Dr. Schumann and his great staff I would have
done the years ago. I want to give a great big thank you to Dr.

After many years of going to different dentists and all having the
same outcome, fears and stress. Twelve years ago, I was fortunate
enough to be guided to Dr. Schumann. Knowing that he is respectful of
any doubts, worries, and fears he does all he can to make my visits pain
free and as comfortable as he possibly can. Dr. Schumann really does
care about his patients and only wants the best for every one of them.
He explains what is needed and answers any questions that there might
be. Going to someone new is always a little stressful, but after a few
visits, it was just like going to see a friend who happens to be a
dentist.
