Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs. We realize that every person’s financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve that allows you to enjoy a healthy, beautiful smile with respect to your budget. Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological care. We are always available to answer your questions or assist you in any way we can.
To maintain the practice operations and prevent potential misunderstandings, we ask patients to accept and adhere to financial arrangements regarding their dental treatment. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, ATM cards, and all major credit cards.
Optional Payment Terms:

Payment Plan: By arrangement with Care Credit or Capital One, we offer our patients, upon approval, an interest-free term loan up to 12 months, or payment plans for 24,36, or 48 months with minimal interest, with no down payment, no annual fee, and no prepayment penalty. Please ask for application.

Full Pay Cash Discount: We offer a 5% accounting courtesy for all treatment plans of $1000.00 or greater that are paid in full (cash or check) prior to the first scheduled appointment of dental service. We still file your insurance and payment will go directly to you the patient.

Pay As You Go: Pay the Estimated balance on every visit for the Estimated portion remaining after insurance pays.
Payment Needed Prior to Scheduling Large Cases and Sedation Appointments.
Broken Appointments: Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you must change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $50.00/ half hour cancellation fee. On large cases and sedation appointments, we need 3 days prior to appointment to avoid the $50/ half hour charge. |

Special Financing:
Our office also works with CareCredit to assist you with your payments. For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. Finance company approval must be obtained prior to starting your treatment. Please see either the CareCredit information below. |
